Serves as the Members' Dining Room where you can find a casual Tuesday Family Night Buffet or a more traditional Sunday Brunch. Typically, jackets are not required in the 1948 Grill with the exception of special occasions. Open for lunch and dinner throughout the week, enjoy light fares like salads, wraps, sandwiches, and appetizers or decadent selections like fresh seafood, choice steaks, and signature nightly features from Chef Nick Huckabee, the 2016 South Carolina Seafood Chef of the Year.

Selections include an array of bar classics and club favorites that are sure to please the palette. The 1948 Bar also hosts casual member events, like team trivia and wine tastings, throughout the month. The Dunes Club also has its own Wine Society with approximately 100 members participating.
