The Ballroom’s spectacular ocean view is displayed through picture windows along its east wall. It has traditionally been a popular setting for Myrtle Beach wedding receptions, banquets and meetings, seating more than 300 guests and accommodating up to 500 for receptions. The Ballroom, the Atlantic Room, and the Palmetto Room can each be enlarged and reconfigured for small, intimate events or combined to accommodate larger groups. In addition, the Dunes Club's ocean front lawn is the premier location on the Grand Strand for wedding ceremonies.
Food & Beverage
For your convenience, a detailed banquet package is available for you to choose pre-determined menus and drinks. However, we encourage your ideas and input in the arrangement of your event. In addition to the variety of menus and packages we offer, our Chef will gladly create or customize a menu to make your event a memorable and cherished experience for years to come.
Please note that no outside food and beverage is permitted with the exception of wedding cakes.
Our special events service staff will gladly take care of all your party planning needs right here in-house. We are happy to coordinate the event layout, menu planning, entertainment booking, décor rentals, event setup and more. For weddings, our staff will also coordinate wedding rehearsals and handle all details of the ceremony while you enjoy your special day. Prefer to bring in your own coordinator? That is OK too, we have a list of preferred vendors available below.

Not a problem! Non-members are able to book events at the Dunes Club, however, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and additional room fees/facility fees will apply.
